These terms and conditions govern your use of the Hampton Security Ltd website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Hampton Security Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (Reg No: 14918038), with its registered address at 96 Bush Hill, Northampton, NN3 2PG.

Hampton Security Ltd provides security system installation, maintenance, and support services including intruder alarms, CCTV systems, access control, fire alarms, and commercial security solutions. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or quotation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organisation at our discretion. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Hampton Security Ltd reserves the right to amend pricing prior to a formal written agreement being signed. Any additional works identified during installation that were not included in the original quotation will be discussed and agreed with the customer before proceeding.

All installation work will be carried out by qualified and vetted engineers. Hampton Security Ltd will take reasonable care to minimise disruption to your property during installation. Any damage caused directly by our engineers will be rectified at our cost.

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in a call-out charge.

All equipment supplied by Hampton Security Ltd is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or third-party interference.

Maintenance contracts are subject to separate terms outlined in the maintenance agreement. Out-of-hours emergency call-outs are available and may be subject to additional charges outside of contracted maintenance agreements.

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hampton Security Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Cancellation for home customers: if you are a consumer and we agreed the contract at your home or away from our premises, you have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start work within that 14 days, you may have to pay for work already done.

Hampton Security Ltd's liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the value of the contract for that service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use or failure of any security system installed by us.

Security systems are designed to deter and detect, but cannot guarantee the prevention of all incidents. Hampton Security Ltd does not accept liability for losses arising from the failure of a security system to prevent a crime.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
