Maintenance That Keeps You Protected and Compliant
A security system that isn't properly maintained is a security system that will let you down. Batteries degrade, detectors accumulate dust, and software needs updating, without regular servicing, even the best system can become unreliable.
Our maintenance contracts give you complete peace of mind: regular inspections and service visits, priority call-outs and 20% off parts, and the knowledge that your system is always in the condition required by your insurer and your SSAIB certificate.
What's Included
Annual service visit
A thorough inspection of your entire system; detectors, control panel, sounders, batteries, and communications with a full written compliant report.
Fast fault call-outs
Fault call-outs are generally attended within 4 hours of your call, with priority for plan customers.
All makes & models
We service most makes of professional alarm, CCTV and fire alarm systems, including Ajax, Pyronix, Orisec, Texecom and Hikvision, no matter who installed them.
Remote diagnostics
Many faults can be diagnosed and resolved remotely, reducing call-out times and minimising disruption to your business.
Priority scheduling
Maintained customers get priority bookings for service visits and fault call-outs.
Compliance documentation
Written service reports to keep your insurer happy and your SSAIB certificate valid, plus BS 5839-1 compliant reports for fire alarms.

Call-out Charges
Maintained customers: £45 for the first hour, then £30 per hour (incl. VAT for homes, + VAT for businesses). Without a plan: £90 incl. VAT for the first hour, then £45 per hour thereafter.
Switching From Another Company?
If your system was fitted by someone else, or your current company no longer services it, we can usually take it over. We'll check the system, tell you honestly what condition it's in, and set up a service plan.

If only we had known about HAMPTON SECURITY 4 years back. We had some issue with our old system and on searching discovered Hamptons. Tom came and did all that was necessary, and on completion gave a full report for our reference. Best of all, he discussed a front door alert which could be available on our system — something we had never been told about. This was a great extra measure for us as elderly, disabled individuals to have. Dom came the next day and made it louder to suit my needs. Both Tom and Dom were polite, knowledgeable, and very supportive. Very pleased with Hamptons and will contact them again.
