On your survey, the structure of your building will be assessed to make sure there won't be any disruption to your alarm, our engineers will also regularly test signal strengths minimising false alarms and downtime.

If you also decide to move house or property in the future, you have the advantage of taking your security system with you.

All our installations are guaranteed for the first year after installation, this includes parts and labour charges as a result of faulty equipment or workmanship. You will also get unlimited free call outs for the first year.

This does not cover accidental damage, rodent damage, lightning strikes, vandalism or any environmental factors out of our control.

Yes but it depends on your alarm system, some panels are locked to one company so an upgrade might be needed if we can't gain access to the engineer mode. Our team would need to carry out a survey and discuss this with you before we can set up an annual maintenance plan.

No, Intruder alarms now have pet friendly sensors. We will advise you on the best way of setting up your alarm system when we assess your property accounting for any pets.

The external sounder will ring for 15 minutes and rearm itself after this time. To reset it all you need to do is type in your code and see where the alarm was activated.

Depending on your alarm set up, you will receive a notification to your app and the keypad will also alert you that there has been an activation while you were out and won't clear until you manually reset it.

We recommend you do. Your system will be set up to include only the areas of the house that you want alarmed and exclude other areas such as bedrooms, landings and toilets. 

Yes, It’s possible to view your CCTV footage from anywhere in the world using your dedicated app, we will set this up for you and demonstrate how it works.

To download footage of an incident, you can either do this through your CCTV recorder with a USB stick or through the app on your phone which will save it directly to your camera roll.

We will show you how to do this upon installation but if you do get stuck, you can always give us a call and we will talk you through it.

Doing this does not test the whole system or the individual loops. To make sure your system is working in tip top condition, it is recommended to simulate a real fire by operating a manual call point, that way if there are any underlying faults on the system this will be apparent after your test as the panel will stay in fault.
